- Four years of experience as an English Language Learner and a high school English teacher
- Certified by Cambridge University to instruct English as a First and Second Language to all age levels
- Certified by Colorado and Arizona to teach secondary English and English to language learners
- TESOL certified
- Master’s degree in English with a concentration in Professional Writing
